Enjoyed my stay here for one night. The restaurant had a nice garden which added to the ambiance 🌿. The food we had was delicious.

What was lacking in the bedrooms and menu was made up by the great pool, excercise classes, and friendly pool staff.
If you were staying as B & B very limited menu for diner and needs to have a more morrocan area for dining.

The hotel was fairly clean with particularly good and plentiful breakfasts. Central heating, TV set and a mini fridge bar in the room and the extremely comfy bed. Decent view of the garden and pool. Good and perfect location for exploring Marrakesh, welcoming staff at the reception desk. Found in a new part of the town: D

Almost all the staff are really nice. The swimming pool is the best thing in this hotel. The food as well is good, and the chief has always nice attentions. Cleaning stuff brings flowers to the room and they change them everyday. Also, for the guests, they bring little presents. This is a hotel for families with children. If renewed this hotel would be much better.
The hotel is very old. It needs a little bit of renovation. The chairs, and tables in restaurants are very very old. It's better if management thinks about buying new equipment, including new TVs as the hotel is still using very very old TV. Anybody going there should think about bringing their own tooth paste, teeth brush, body lotion, ... they do not provide the small kits with essential hygienic and cleaning items as expected from a 5 stars hotel. They only provide, soap and small bottles of a liquid that should be used as shower gel and shampoo at the same time. The bottles are refilled. they're not new. The airport shuttle is not provided by the hotel as mentioned in their services, but taxis are available.

The staff, not including the front desk people, were very eager to please. The pool and hotel were beautiful.
The staff at the front desk were not very helpful. The cashier would not break large bills for us, when we called down from our room, they hung up on us - twice. When we asked about transportation, they tried to sell us a day trip package and when we were not interested, they stopped helping us. We were told the free breakfast was from 8 to 11 am. We arrived at 10 am and they had already cleared away the buffet, so no breakfast for us.

A really nice experience. Fancy and modern property. - Located in Gueliz district near the airport and other places in the city. - Plenty of green around. - Will be back.

The venue is clean, with particularly good and ideal location close enough to Morocco as well as the gardens and shops. Big size room with air con, the 2 double beds, AC, and safe too for guests' safety. Free parking outside provided. The pool is great and relaxing too.

The stay here was wonderful for longer holidays. The room was huge and immaculate, offered a mini bar fridge, air conditioner and a sofa bed. The staff helped with check in.

The breakfast provided exceeded our expectations with plenty of cheeses and breads. the hotel has a secluded setting, making it a peaceful escape from the airport hustle and bustle.

The hotel is vast with big rooms, big piscine and green spaces, the administrative stuff is fair and smily, the other workers also. a very good place to stay some days in order to visit marrakech or for rest after the rush of visiting Marrakech.

We thought overall, the hotel was good. There were lots of seating areas inside the hotel for relaxing, with nice furniture etc. The pool and gardens were excellent - very well looked after. Our room was spacious and kept very clean by the staff. The buffet breakfast was good - plenty of choice. We went there with an open mind, having read all the comments on Booked.net. Yes, for the most part we did agree with the negative comments, but it didn't spoil our holiday. Think people should bear in mind that although this is rated as a five star hotel, this is based on the facilities, not how luxurious it is. For what we paid, this was very good value for money.
The staff on reception were a bit hit and miss - some days they were very friendly, other days, they were rude and couldn't be bothered with you. Exchanging currency there is unreliable; twice we were told there wasn't any money, and we had to either go to the Hotel Tropicana around the corner, or wait until it was available. The gym although well equipped, not all the displays on the machines work, so you've no idea at what speed/how far you're running/rowing! We were on half board, but have to say, the evening food wasn't great. Apart from a couple of nights, the choice was pretty much the same, and rice featured every evening, which we found a bit odd - what about cous cous?? Having said that, there is another restaurant there that has a varied menu, although more pricey. Drinks are very expensive - even bottled water. There are signs on the main door saying you aren't allowed to bring food/drinks into the hotel, which we only noticed on the last couple of days. But we went to a supermarket and bought all our water/beer there at a fraction of the price! The shuttle bus - don't rely on that, it doesn't seem to exist! There are however, plenty of taxis waiting outside the hotel.

Room was dirty; Internet was not working; Safe deposit box was broken; Air-condition was not working; Balcony without table or chairs (even after asking few days we didn’t get it); During the breakfast and dinner time whole hotels smells terrible, like old canteen Lift was broken; Think that’s all I recall…. Five stars they had maybe 20 years ago, now I would give maximum 2! We booked two rooms and both were in similar condition..
